Great amenities - clean large room with soft hot water and well-balanced shower pressure, carpet-free room, and comfortable soft mattress. Courtyard access for convenience, with a discount given for maintenance issue. Staff was helpful and accommodating, especially Cindy who went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Convenient location.

We got some free drinks at the check-in and a breakfast voucher for the attached restaurant. the hotel was located close to a mall and a few restaurants, making it convenient to go out to eat. the bed was comfortable and we were able to get some rest.

The hotel seemed old and the rooms were not well maintained. the hallways were dirty, the pool was not well-maintained, and there were rude guests staying there.

As young families, we loved the super spacious and clean rooms, convenient parking, and friendly front desk staff. The hotel's location near shops and restaurants was perfect, and the value for the price was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities I needed - including a fridge and microwave. The large beds were comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the location was convenient - right next to the mall and at a great value for the price.
