The horse used for the free horse and carriage ride appeared to be in discomfort, which is concerning considering the hotel's reputation.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious ambiance. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that met my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, and it offered various services like sauna, massage and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was spectacular, and I enjoyed lounging under the sun. the garden area was breathtaking and perfect for a BBQ evening. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks.

The only minor issue I faced was with the location; it was a bit isolated, and I had to rely on the hotel shuttle service to reach nearby tourist attractions.

I had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Yogyakarta. The beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and clean rooms made for a pleasant experience. During my Thanksgiving holiday, I had the opportunity to enjoy two complementary facts which were great. the location is also perfect, far from the noisy downtown but not too far from the highlights of the city. Plus, the great pool, one of the best aspects of this place, was very relaxing and was surrounded by beautiful gardens.

The rooms were quite dated and the furniture was a bit worn out. the service was a little slow and not always cordial.
