We had an amazing stay at a charming inn right by the water. the staff at Friars Bay Inn & Cottages were incredibly kind and accommodating. It was just me and my 1-year-old daughter, and they promptly responded to all our requests and calls for help. the room was spacious, quiet, and included some cute amenities. We were lucky to have a room right on the water, and sitting on the deck was absolutely beautiful. a wonderful experience that was definitely worth the money.

We lucked out and got a room right on the water, which made for a stunning view from our deck. The room was clean and the location was lovely. We enjoyed walking along the beach with our coffee in the mornings. The woman in the office was friendly and helpful. The facilities were close to the water, exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right across from the ocean, offering stunning views of the sunset. It was also conveniently located near all the attractions on the island, making it easy to explore. the cabin we stayed in was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and pretty. the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy comforters. Additionally, the nearby cafe served an excellent breakfast and coffee, with great service.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our experience. the lack of sound insulation between the rooms made it quite noisy, especially at night.

The rooms, although small and basic, have all the amenities you need, including a fridge, microwave. Plus, they are up to date and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast served on the porch. It was a perfect start to the day.

Breakfast delights could be improved with some more shade options on the patio. It was a bit tough finding a spot to enjoy the morning meal without sitting under a tree.

The location of this inn is perfect for sightseeing on Campobello Island. It is conveniently situated not far from the ferry, making it easy to access the island's attractions. The rooms are clean and updated, providing a comfortable stay.

It would be helpful to have better Internet service at the property to plan out the day adequately, given the sketchy cell service on the island.

We stumbled upon a wonderful place called Friars Bay Inn & Cottages. the staff was excellent, extremely personable, making our experience better than any other hotel or motel. the rooms were very clean, and we loved the comfortable cottage we stayed in. the location was great, right beside a lovely restaurant and across from a cute little beach. it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely go back.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the close proximity of Friars Bay Inn & Cottages to the water. Being able to take a relaxing walk on the beach with our coffee in hand was a perfect way to start our day. The view of the Bay from the facilities was also a highlight.
