There was nothing I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and modern design of the hotel. The Las Vegas style chandeliers in the lobby were stunning and set the tone for a luxurious stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the abundance of pillows, including a feather body pillow. The shower with multiple jets provided a refreshing and invigorating experience. The breakfast surpassed my expectations with personalized egg options, a delicious buffet, and fresh croissants and pastries. The steak dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Boefish, was fantastic. I had a refreshing and restful overnight stay.

The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of food. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to restaurants and shops. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

The hotel was quite outdated and felt more like a budget motel than a luxury hotel. the service was subpar with staff not being very attentive or friendly.

Excellent bed and restaurant, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and great gym facilities. Impeccably clean and elegant room with special attention to detail and fantastic shower. Highly recommend for leisure and business travelers alike.

The property is stunning! The staff was excellent, checking us in early and accommodating my requests. The room had heated floors in the bathroom, a rain showerhead, fogless mirror, and a glass shower. The amenities were top-notch, including soft oversized towels, soft close toilet seats, a hybrid luxury plush mattress, a choice of pillows. The room also had room-controlled heating and cooling, a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator, and an iPad with all services. The breakfast was superb, with lots of choice and a very accommodating chef. The heated indoor pool and hot tubs were wonderful. They even had laundry facilities available with high-quality LG washer and dryer.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

As a satisfied guest at Otl Gouverneur, my recent stay was fantastic. The hotel offered great amenities, reminiscent of Doubletree or Hilton hotels. The breakfast had a good selection of food items and the service was wonderful. The view from the windows was breathtaking, allowing a glimpse of the horizon. a great hotel with accommodating staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. Conveniently located near many businesses and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

The service was lacking, with staff not being attentive or helpful. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with stained duvet covers and a lack of proper cleaning.

Breakfast was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I appreciated the attention to detail. I recommend Otl Gouverneur for a comfortable stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities provided. the spa and wellness center offered a range of treatments, including a full body massage and body wraps. the indoor swimming pool was complemented by a Jacuzzi and sauna for complete indulgence. the room was equipped with an iPad loaded with music and the personalized welcome message made me feel welcomed. The cold and hot buffet breakfast included personalized eggs any way, fresh croissants and pastries. Cons: I noticed that there was only one elevator, which caused a slight inconvenience during peak hours.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near a mall and restaurants. The hotel had great amenities like a heated indoor pool and hot tubs. The room was beautifully appointed and had plenty of power outlets for our devices. The free breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served a lovely dinner.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

otl gouverneur sherbrooke exceeded expectations during our relaxing stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, the amenities were great , and the location allowed us to explore the beautiful city. we'll definitely be back!

weird layout on second floor

Our stay was pleasant at this conveniently located hotel with easy access from the highway. The hillside location had great views from the restaurant upstairs which offered a wide variety of breakfast items, one person mentioned dietary needs being met. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable; with nice sheets and thick towels. The gym offered plenty of natural light and the coffee machine produced the best in-room hotel coffee. The staff was friendly and professional with exceptional recall for client names.

One person felt it was inappropriate for staff to be chastised in front of guests.
