The pillows were too thin and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. Additionally, the shower was powerful but tended to spray water onto the wall and floor.

The bathroom had Shiseido toiletries and other essentials like brushes and toothbrushes. They really thought of everything, considering that liquids are not allowed on planes. It's great to see such considerate service.
