Everything was clean, and the staff promptly assisted us with our requests, like providing extra pillows. Our room, a suite, was spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable pull-out bed couch. The bathrooms were well-stocked with full-size cleaning products and body cream. Even our picky family members in the next room loved everything about their stay. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food, and the staff was wonderful, especially with our special needs kids. our experience at Hampton Inn was amazing. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

Although the lighting in the room could have been better, it did not significantly impact our stay. Additionally, we were disappointed that the pool and lounge bar were closed during our visit.

The staff were amazing, especially Gilbert who went above and beyond by accommodating an early check-in for my virtual work meeting. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and comfortable King Room with Pull Out. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, and the coat hooks on the wall were fantastic, making it easy for my 10-year-old son to keep his coat organized. The work space provided was also excellent. The personal touch from the staff, who wished my son luck and gave positive vibes, was truly impressive. It made our stay extra special.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our Christmas stay. the closure of the lounge bar was also a letdown as we were hoping to enjoy some evening drinks.
