I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The design and comfort were a perfect combination. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the little touches like the Malaysian snack bar and the Aesop toiletries. The location was fantastic, with Bukit Bintang just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The staff is accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Additionally, the hotel features a small pool area, perfect for relaxing by the mini waterfall.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the aesthetically decorated boutique hotel with its eye-pleasing design. The rooms were equipped with all the basic necessities and the showers were great too. The location was perfect, just a walking distance from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, with McDonald's and a convenient store nearby. The restaurant on the second floor served delicious menu options, and the café on the ground floor had excellent coffee and light refreshments. our experience at this hotel was always pleasant and we would definitely stay here again.

The coffee bar in the lobby serves a great breakfast and the swimming pool is a nice addition. The location is perfect, with famous malls and squares just a short walk away.

The cleanliness was impressive, with lovely reminder cards to relax and unwind. The location was convenient, with nearby amenities and shopping malls within walking distance. The food and drinks at the Lucky cafe were delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to a mini waterfall and just a short walk to all the main shopping centers. I even found some really great food places nearby that I wouldn't have gone to otherwise. The amenities in the room were fantastic with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a variety of tea and coffee options. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, with great room service and cleaning. I loved the welcome drink and happy hour specials. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch, and I always found a great spot on the sun loungers to relax.

The hotel provided excellent value for the price paid. We really appreciated the cozy, clean, and comfortable room with daily housekeeping. We loved the personal touch of the childhood snack basket. the hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of major attractions and convenience stores.

Breakfast service was slow and the food was cold. Our coffee was tasteless, and the bread was plain.
