For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was convenient for us too.

The breakfast choices could be better, maybe having it available till 11am would be nice.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, it was conveniently located for those attending events at the Caledon Equestrian park.

The family suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious and modern, perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby big box stores and other amenities.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects: The breakfast provided in a box was underwhelming.

I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn in Bolton. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The gym was well-maintained, allowing me to get in a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in the center, close to several restaurant options in an industrial plaza. The staff is awesome, always willing to help and quick to respond to requests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, whether you choose a room with a king bed or double beds. Additionally, breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right.

The family suite at this hotel was a great find - it was modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. For the price we paid, it was definitely a great deal. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the complimentary breakfast was included for our family of six. The pool area, as well as the rest of the hotel, was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

That the breakfast set up could be improved. There were long lines for waffles and bagels, causing some inconvenience.

The breakfast was good and there were additional complimentary BBQs for customers. the hotel was located only 20 minutes away from the airport and had free parking.

The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They made errors with our reservation and did not provide proper communication about room changes.

Stayed at Hampton Inn for a week. Very clean. Nice room, recently redone. Only suggestion is to have a bottle opener in the room. Front desk kindly got one from the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Good continental breakfast. Diabetic-friendly options, bright clean bathroom, extra friendly staff. Would rebook here.

enjoyed the hotel's personality with the black and white slice of life photos in the elevators and keys. smart and stylish, made it easy to know which elevator to choose and whose key was whose. helpful staff who even provided a forgotten toothbrush!

Internet connection was spotty.

The staff at Hampton Inn was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during our stay. One example was when we discovered an issue with our room's cleanliness, they immediately took action and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. The room and common areas were also well-maintained and beautiful.
