Staff went above and beyond to assist me, including accommodating a late check-in. The bedding was clean and super comfy, providing a restful night for my family.

Despite the friendly service, my room had cleanliness issues. dusty surfaces and a dirty shower head were major turn-offs during the stay.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the breakfast was top-notch. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. We visited a local nature reserve and a museum nearby. A suggestion for future guests, consider asking for a room with extra amenities. Overall, a good experience!

I was disappointed with the cancellation policy. That didn't sit well with me.

Our check-in was frustratingly slow, compounded by the lack of towels in our room for all family members. During our swim at the pool, we had to constantly ask for towels, which became quite annoying. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. there was noticeable dirt around certain areas and some equipment seemed worn out. Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid.

The rooms are surprisingly well-decorated and feature convenient electrical outlets on bedside lamps, making it easy to charge devices overnight. Plus, the walk-in showers add a touch of luxury that enhances the overall experience.

That said, a couple of issues cropped up during the stay. During check-in, there was a noticeable delay, and the hair in the bathtub was a real turn-off. Also, towels at the pool were sparse, creating unnecessary trips to the front desk. We noticed the bathroom ventilation system was quite noisy, which forced us to close the door when we slept. Lastly, the bed linens left something to be desired, as they felt almost flimsy instead of cozy.

The breakfast area was spacious with tasty options like eggs, sausage, and made-to-order waffles. I really liked the quiet atmosphere and cleanliness of the room. Super comfy beds made for a great sleep!

the staff were super nice and helpful, especially the breakfast crew, they were really nice to me and helped find stuff for my diet. the room was clean and the bed was real comfy, i slept like a baby. hot coffee was always there but it cooled down fast. the breakfast was what u expect from a hotel, nothing fancy but still decent. overall had a chill stay and would come back.

the lobby seemed kinda dark and dingy, and the hot liquids coulda been hotter. also, that pet fee was way too high for one night.
