As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the accessible facilities and amenities at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff ensured that our needs were met. The front desk provided extra pillows and bedding for our kids, as well as additional toiletries when they forgot their bathroom bag. The housekeeper even gave us extra soaps and lotion to soothe my irritated skin. The warm heated pool was also easily accessible and one of the best we've experienced. a comfortable and accommodating stay.
