Old hotel with comfortable rooms, great restaurant, welcoming staff, brilliant location, helpful bar lady.

This hotel is located at the famous bridge in the centre of Skye where all roads lead from. It offers great value for money and has basic amenities in its rooms with amazing views of the mountains. The suites are nicely refurbished to a good standard with good style and both bath and shower. Breakfast, which is included, is nicely served with tremendous views.

Located at the foot of the stunning Cuillin mountains, this hotel offers easy access to the Fairy Pools and the Talisker Distillery. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, the hotel has WiFi in the bar and offers tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

The WiFi can be slow and the bathroom showers may take a while to start.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel with a stunning location. It was just a stone's throw away from the historic Sligachan Old bridge, offering breathtaking views of the loch. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our room was cozy with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Additionally, there was a Cuillin brewery nearby, perfect for beer lovers.

The walls between rooms were a little thin, allowing some noise from neighboring guests.

The freshly renovated rooms were clean and cozy. The friendly receptionist made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel restaurant served above average food, and the breakfast choices were extensive. We also enjoyed the historical photographs and the interesting history of the hotel. Despite a few drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel overall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient for us to visit the places of interest on Skye. The hotel's setting was lovely, with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains from the Pinnacle Suite. We also loved that the hiking trails started practically at our doorstep, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings easily. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast, which was a nice surprise.

Stunning location, perfect for hikes. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Mind-boggling whisky selection, interesting ales from own brewery. Delicious breakfast and overall food. A fantastic place to stay, will return.

Perfect Location: the hotel is centrally located, making it an ideal base for exploring the whole island of Skye. It is also conveniently close to the Black Cullin and Loch, providing delightful views all around.

Noisy Mattress: Unfortunately, the mattress in our room was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Every slight movement resulted in creaks and boings, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant. Situated in a breathtaking setting, it is perfect for visiting any of the island's attractions. Some of the best walks on the island start right from the hotel's car park. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and very filling, with a range of options to choose from. this hotel offers great value for money and provides a memorable experience.

That the room wasn't serviced during our two-night stay. However, considering the overall positive experience, this was not a major issue.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Isle of Skye. With its central location, it's the perfect base for exploring all the island has to offer. The recently refurbished rooms are stylish and offer absolutely amazing views of the Cuilins. The attention to detail is evident, from the fluffy towels in the generous-sized bathroom to the well-served breakfast with a beautiful view. The friendly staff ensures a warm welcome and excellent service throughout your stay.

Great location with stunning views of the mountains and charming old bridges across the road. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with a free room upgrade and catering to specific dietary needs. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options and the added convenience of having a kettle in the room.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding and gives this hotel the reputation it obviously has achieved over the years. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the service and the facilities provided.
