The room was spacious, breakfast was superb, and the facilities were clean and beautiful. There were nearby entertainment options and a variety of restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. As a disabled individual, I appreciated the accessible amenities provided.

We had to extend our stay and the staff were exceptional. The gal in the cafeteria was beyond wonderful, asking if we needed anything before closing. This hotel was a welcomed home each night. They solidified my decision to use them when traveling to Nova Scotia and will certainly book my wedding party with them on our way to the Dominican Republic in June. Lovely hotel, spacious and modern rooms, comfy beds, and a nice breakfast buffet. Loved the Canadiana touches in the lobby and breakfast room.

The hotel had a great indoor pool, which was a plus for us during our wintertime stay. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable king size bed. It was also nice to have a little kitchenette in the room, complete with a fridge, microwave, coffee brewer, and sink. the bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and even a seat. We also appreciated that the TV could be turned towards either the bed or the couch.

the AC was broken in one of the rooms, and no alternative accommodations were provided. We also encountered some issues with room cleanliness, including finding mouldy strawberries between adjoining doors.

The complementary breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of options. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any queries or requests.

This newer hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean, bright, and cozy rooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing great service. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast and the convenience of a mini fridge in the room for cold drinks. The location is close to the highway, making it easy to explore the region and access the Halifax airport. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a river, providing a scenic view.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and beautifully laid out, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the friendly and compassionate staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the great location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions such as viewing the tidal bore and walking the ocean floor at low tide.

It didn't meet our expectations for a hotel in this price range. the absence of a hot tub with the pool was a letdown.
