The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to downtown, the water, and the bay. Plus, it was right next to popular landmarks like the Royal BC museum and the parliament building. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. We were impressed with the spacious rooms, complete with a kitchen and big fridge. The bed in the main bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Parking was available for only $5 a day, which was a great deal. this hotel had amazing facilities and was conveniently located at an affordable price point.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is near the harbour and right beside major attractions. It is so easy to walk to shops, the supermarket, and downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a kitchen, which was a great convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unrivaled, just a couple of blocks from downtown and the inner harbor, so everything was within walking distance. We also loved that Beacon Hill Park, Helmkin House, and the Royal BC Museum were right across the street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the self-service laundry machine was a great convenience for us.

helm's inn exceeded my expectations during this stay in victoria. the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the full kitchen was a nice bonus.

The internet was excellent and the addition of 2 safes and plenty of power points was convenient. The guest laundry was a great amenity. a great stay and I would recommend Helm's Inn to others.

The room was modern, chic, and newly refurbished. Excellent kitchen facilities and utensils. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything needed, with hot water and a powerful shower. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Perfect location near museum and a few minutes walk to The Empress. Easy free parking.

Our stay at Helm's Inn was delightful. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore downtown and visit the nearby museum. The renovated rooms were comfortable and the full kitchen was a great addition. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, despite the lack of an elevator. We found the location of Helm's Inn to be perfect for our exploration of First Nation artifacts. Being just around the corner from the Royal British Columbia Museum was incredibly convenient. the room we stayed in was large and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. having a kitchenette in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals on our own.

the suite was perfect - quiet, well-equipped kitchenette, and a great location close to venues and friends. the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty of counter space, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. loved the charm of the recently remodeled heritage building. overall, a happy stay.

Maintenance needed - squeaking doors, ripped screens, broken locks on windows, and a toilet that sometimes wouldn't flush.
