Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport provided a prompt airport shuttle service, even during their mini bus inconvenience. The driver was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with our drained car battery. The spacious and well-appointed room made for a comfortable stay. The convenient location and efficient check-in/out process were definite pluses. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellently located close to the airport which makes it convenient for early morning flights. The restaurant serves some delicious food, and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

TVs are a bit small and there are not enough power outlets in the rooms.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was perfect for me as I had a function at EY to attend, and it was also convenient for us as we flew in late and just wanted to rest without a long commute. The room was much bigger than expected and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was a great deal for the price, with lots of food to choose from.

The only minor issue was that the bathroom door could use a fresh coat of paint.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to the airport for our early morning departure. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the little touches like free cookies and water when we arrived, and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the morning. it was a great experience!
