We had an amazing time staying at a well-located hostel in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The free breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including homemade cake and churros. The hostel also offered great social events and activities, making it easy to meet new people and have a fantastic time.

We were disappointed to find that the hostel was mainly occupied by a large group, limiting the opportunity to interact with other solo travelers.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and I had trouble getting a good night's sleep. the curtains in my room didn't offer much privacy, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

I stayed at this incredible hostel recently and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem! They had everything you could possibly need - plenty of cups, dishes, and silverware, which is not always the case in hostels. Plus, they had those little extras that make a big difference, like towels in the bathrooms and rugs outside the showers. The hot water was always on point, and they even provided hair dryers and soap in the bathrooms. And the best part? They offered complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the mornings. The common areas were so inviting, and they had a spacious workspace too. The staff and volunteers were amazing, always making us solo travelers feel like part of the family. And the tapas nights and activities they organized were loads of fun. The location couldn't be beat either, just a quick 3-minute walk to a major metro stop and right in the heart of all the action.

I felt so welcomed and at home during my stay that I honestly have nothing to complain about. This hostel truly made me feel like family, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

We recently had an amazing stay at Sungate One. It truly felt like being at home, surrounded by friends and family. the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing us with valuable information about local attractions and even arranging a free walking tour. the cleanliness and coziness of our room were outstanding, and the wifi connection was incredibly fast. the availability of multiple toilets and bathrooms meant no waiting in queues, even with a full house. the complimentary breakfast and dinner were a delightful bonus. If we return to Madrid, Sungate One will definitely be our top choice. Thank you, Sungate One, for an unforgettable experience!

The staff were amazing and very caring. They gave me a warm welcome, even using PowerPoint slides to introduce the city. The free dinner and morning snacks were of good quality and the nights out were super fun. The hostel also organized daily tours to different parts of the city. The rooms and shower rooms were spacious and very clean. the staff, facilities, and location were top-notch.

I had a great time at this hotel during my 8-night stay. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, and close to all the tourist sights and shopping district. The reception staff are kind and helpful, providing information and advice whenever needed. The free dinner each night was delicious, varied, and creative. The hostel is clean, well-designed, and has a great atmosphere. The staff organize events to bring people together, making it easy to meet other travelers. a fantastic experience! 10/10 would recommend this hotel.

I had such a great time at Onefam Sungate! The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and plenty of showers and toilets. The activities organized by the hostel were a great way to meet new people and have fun. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
