The elevator felt a bit wobbly, raising some concerns about safety during use. I was pretty disappointed that the hot tub was often crowded with kids, limiting adult access, especially in the evenings when relaxation was desired. Adding to that, the TV remote in my room was practically useless—had to resort to using the buttons on the TV itself.

gosh, where do I even start? the dust hitting you in the face as you enter the room was an absolute treat! and let’s not forget the hot tub chaos with children running rampant. oh, and I thought I might at least get a free snack or something for these travesties, but I guess we're just 'regulars' here.

The King Room was awesome! Alarm clock, flat-screen TV, a microwave and a coffee machine were super handy. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Lots of space with the sofa and single-room air conditioning was nice. The spa facilities were good too. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day!
