I recently stayed at Holiday Inn - By The Falls for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the falls and nearby shops and restaurants. The deluxe king room was comfortable and clean, and the check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the added perk of free parking, which saved us a lot of money. The on-site restaurant had a great selection for breakfast at fair prices. a great value for the price.

Moreover, the flooring instead of carpet is much better for cleanliness.

Parking can be difficult to find.

Great location for exploring the area, with easy access to all the fun activities and attractions. the room was spacious, clean, and recently renovated, providing a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Some issues with soundproofing, as we could hear conversations from the adjoining room. the bathroom was missing a mirror and didn't match the photos shown.

Great proximity to major attractions, such as Clifton Hill, with many restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Free parking on the premises was a definite plus.
