Great location, clean rooms with modern amenities. Breakfast was a delight, especially those Cinnabon rolls! Just watch out for the thin walls. 😊

Checked in late and the chommie at reception was just the best! Made us feel so at home after a long drive. The brekkie was a lekker surprise too, especially loved the turkey sausages—so hard to find! Room was spacious for hubby's wheelchair, and the bed? Flippen comfy!

Only downside was that some noises crept through the walls, made it a tad tricky to sleep.

We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor heated pool, but it was freezing cold during our stay. It was incredibly disappointing to have paid extra for such a key feature, only to be told it was not usable. To top it off, the walls in our room were thin, which made for an uncomfortable night with noise from other guests echoing through.

Checked in late and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was impressive, with healthy options like turkey sausage and egg white omelets, making it easy to please everyone in our group. The location is perfect, with restaurants nearby and great access to the freeway. However, noise from the hallways could be distracting, and there were some areas that could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

The pool was disappointingly cold, despite being advertised as open, which took the wind out of my sails as I had decided to stay specifically for that amenity. Also, the walls were paper-thin, letting in noise from upstairs and neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I encountered issues with my room reservation, as I booked two queen beds but ended up with one queen and one full, which didn’t cut it for comfort.

Excellent service from the staff, and the breakfast had a great variety. healthier options were welcomed! The location near Bear Creek Park was very convenient for exploring the area. 👍

Housekeeping could improve in cleanliness, as I found a few overlooked areas in my room. Also, noise from the hallways was a bit distracting at times.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, checking on our specific needs and ensuring a suitable room was available. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including freshly baked bread and healthy options like egg white omelets and turkey sausage, catering well to different dietary preferences. The spacious and clean accommodations allowed easy mobility for a wheelchair, enhancing our overall comfort during the stay.

the holiday inn express exceeded our expectations. our spacious king room made it easy for my husband to move around. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with yummy healthy options like egg white omelets and turkey sausage. we also loved seeing the stunning deep blue sleeping volcano crater nearby.

The location was perfect with nearby restaurants and easy freeway access. parking was a breeze, even with our trailer.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.
