my recent stay at medford was fantastic. the holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. the new, clean facility, spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff made my city break memorable. it was a definite step up from my previous stay in medford.

Broken toilet seat.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with a beautiful and spacious room that had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, not too far from the highway, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with clearer instructions on how to operate the electric blinds.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and had a refreshing smell. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The hotel location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a hard mattress and occasional noise from neighboring rooms, it did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction.

During our stay at Holiday Inn Express, we were pleasantly surprised by the quick check-in process. The comfort of the bed and the nice shower added to our overall satisfaction.

Furthermore, the handicap seat in the shower proved to be very helpful for my partner. However, I found it slightly inconvenient as it was not removable and got in my way.

The hotel location was convenient to the highway and restaurants. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, and amenities such as free Wi-Fi and daily breakfast.

We couldn't adjust the a/c unit to have the fan on constantly, which we usually prefer for white noise. we didn't like the "fainting couch" in the room as it wasn't supportive or comfortable to sit on.

Despite a minor issue with missing shower gel, the staff was responsive and quick to provide it upon request. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Would recommend.
