The pool and hot tub were the highlights of my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The water was clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing swim. I also enjoyed the assistance of one particular employee during breakfast, he was incredibly kind and helpful.

During my stay, I encountered noisy neighbors who were causing a disturbance until midnight. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kelowna - East for a conference and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The building and room were immaculately clean, making it feel brand new. The room itself was spacious with plenty of room for all my luggage. The parking outside was plentiful and convenient. The breakfast options, both hot and cold, were basic but satisfactory. The standout feature, however, was the friendly and helpful breakfast staff. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of nearby places within walking distance. it was the perfect place to stay for my conference and a great option for anyone visiting by vehicle.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the road that takes you to the airport, making it convenient for our family with two small kids. The room was bright, clean, and modern with a sliding door connecting the washroom and entryway, allowing us to separate the rooms in the morning. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing, with a special mention to the pancake machine. The elevators were super fast and the pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were not very soundproof, and we could hear noise from the adjacent room, which was close to our bathroom.
