I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, new, and spacious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and showed great hospitality. The location was perfect for me, with a big box store on one side and a small strip mall on the other, making it easy to find everything I needed.

holiday inn express in north bay exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. the spacious rooms and comfortable pillows made for a relaxing escape from the chaos of cities. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and the convenient location had everything we needed right next door.

Plenty of free parking on site. Clean lobby and friendly staff that spoke English well. the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. the elevators were quick, even with a lot of kids staying there. the front staff were really nice and accommodating. the hotel is in a convenient location, easily accessible and close to downtown.

The room curtains could have been wider. It was a bit difficult to close them completely.

For the value, I couldn't be happier with my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was comfortable and spacious, with soft and luxurious bedding. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was just a short 5-minute drive from my wedding venue, which was perfect for me.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with streaky mirrors, sticky bedside tables, and even dried-up pieces of licorice on the floor.

Felt like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

the location was super convenient, close to amenities and the city center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with double queen beds and a nice pull-out couch. Lastly, breakfast was included in the stay, and it was delicious with a good variety of options.

The complementary breakfast was a great way to start our xmas day. the fact that it had a good selection of hot meals and was included with our room rate was a bonus. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was near other places we wanted to visit. Lastly, the staff accommodated our request for late check-out which allowed us to enjoy our xmas morning in the room without any interruptions.

The air conditioner made a loud noise that was quite disturbing during the night. the beds were not very comfortable and didn't provide a good night's sleep.
