Traveling from Australia, we chose this motel for its convenient location to catch our ferry. We stayed for two nights and explored Vancouver itself. The modern and clean room provided a comfortable stay. The inclusive breakfast was really good and the staff at the front desk were excellent, friendly, and helpful. They even covered the cost of a taxi when the shuttle wasn't available. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my son's noise sensitivity, ensuring a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel due to the amazing experience we had. Can recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel and as a budget traveler, I was impressed by the value for money. The room had two comfortable queen beds, lots of windows, and a decent-sized bathroom. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The location was great, next to a large movie theatre complex and a restaurant/bar. The hot tub/pool area was a nice addition, with plenty of windows and an outdoor patio. The breakfast was adequate, with a machine that made fresh pancakes. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, allowing me to use their personal cell phone charger. Additionally, they recommended a pizza delivery service when I was hungry, which was greatly appreciated.

I felt truly looked after during my stay and have no complaints.

The sound insulation in the room was poor, as we could hear people talking and walking in the corridor. Additionally, it would have been nice if the breakfast included bacon.

I got great value for my money with a comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to a farmers market and Garypoint Park. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, especially Ed who helped me adjust my shuttle time to the airport.

Breakfast delights would be even better with the addition of bacon or sausages.
