We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a certain hotel in Kitchener. The heated floors in the bathroom were a delightful feature that added a touch of luxury to our experience. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. It provided a restful and quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a few minor drawbacks. The TV control was not the best, as it was made of cheap plastic and sometimes didn't respond to our commands.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to great restaurants and a bus stop. If you forget something, there are shops nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and soundproofing in most rooms. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that satisfies guests' needs.

The pool area floor needs better maintenance, as there were hairballs everywhere.

The staff was extremely accommodating and polite during our stay. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located near key attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the warm cookies we received during check-in were a nice touch.

Our room was a bit outdated and in need of some serious upgrades. There were also some uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant that should have been replaced.

The staff at Doubletree By Hilton in Kitchener were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was quick. The restaurant served a delicious meal, especially on Wednesday evening. The location to family and the clean, well-maintained pool were also highlights of the stay.

I stayed in a newly renovated deluxe king room at the Doubletree and it was amazing. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom had brand new, high-end fixtures. The pool and hot tub were great, although the pool could have been a bit warmer. The hotel had above-average facilities and was well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool not being open was a disappointment since it was one of the reasons I booked there. Additionally, the price of the room was a bit high and I found it ridiculous that I had to pay a city tax when I live in the city.

They were quick to address any issues we had and provide solutions. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to the areas we wanted to visit.

Needs improvement in room condition and pricing. The condition of the rooms was not the best, and there were signs of wear and tear, such as deteriorating wall coverings.
