Unbelievable Service, Great Pool & Kids Playroom & Super Clean

We recently stayed at a hotel in Tainan and had the most incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient connecting rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Empty kids playroom in the morning. Reserved parking for hotel guests.

We had an excellent stay at Evergreen Plaza Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with cozy beds and a good selection of TV channels. The free wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, although the egg station could use some improvement. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing quick check-in and helpful recommendations for getting around the city. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

This big, corporate hotel has all the amenities budget travelers could want - clean rooms, friendly staff, a nice gym, and convenient dining options. Nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and massage spots are also a plus. The hotel's location in a quieter area with green space is great for strolling and people watching. It's also convenient for accessing attractions and the high-speed rail station.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location near 7 Eleven, a mall, and restaurants. The hotel's proximity to these amenities made everything very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making arrangements for transportation and assisting visitors who couldn't communicate in Chinese. The lobby and facilities were nice, and the hotel offered a complimentary parking lot in the basement. The breakfast was great, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. We particularly enjoyed the empty kids' playroom in the morning, as we had it all to ourselves.

The only downside was the feeling of being home care. However, the staff ensured that nothing was too much trouble.

We also loved the heated toilet seat - a pleasant surprise! the breakfast buffet was lavish, with a wide variety to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the nearby park for leisurely strolls and people-watching.

The pool wasn't heated, so we couldn't use it during our stay. the hot tub also wasn't hot enough.

The hotel was a little far from the main tourist attractions, so it was not the best choice for sightseeing. the toilet bidet nozzle looked unclean, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a modern and spacious room with updated amenities like an in-room safe, fridge, large LCD TV, and tea kettle. the complimentary Wi-Fi was also a plus. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, although we couldn't use them this time. the staff was exceptional, always energetic and willing to help.

The mandatory swimming hats/caps for the pool and jacuzzi were a bit inconvenient. the hotel's location was not mentioned, but I assume it was not in a prime area since it doesn't specify being near any main attractions.
