Loved the cozy cabins and the beautiful forest surroundings. The air was so fresh, it made up for the lack of TV reception and the noisy AC.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. They were always available to assist and provided excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, offering a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The location was great, nestled in a peaceful and picturesque forest setting. Additionally, the hotel provided plenty of games and activities for families and children to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay at Kohl's Ranch Lodge. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Whether you're a couple looking for relaxation or a family seeking fun activities, this place has got you covered. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, even during the off-season. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the restaurant's food. We can't wait to return with our entire family. This is definitely one of the best hotels we've experienced in a long time.

The scenic views were absolutely breathtaking, even during the off, season. the staff at the lodge were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we realized that the on, site restaurant was closed. They had a small freezer with frozen foods available for purchase, which was a lifesaver for us after eating gas station food for two days. the rustic and well, maintained ambiance of the lodge added to the overall charm.

Our room was not cleaned or provided with fresh towels during our three, day stay, as we later found out that the policy is every five days. This was quite disappointing and inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this lodge. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities I needed. The full kitchen and fireplace in my Studio room were definitely a plus. The location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by pine forest, was stunning. The peacefulness of being by a little creek running along the back of the property made it a great getaway. The free parking was convenient and there were no resort fees to worry about.

Beautiful location, unbeatable spot on Tonto Creek, great for fishing. Awesome food and service at Zane Grey's. Accommodating staff and friendly people. Complete kitchen and updated bathrooms. Nice supply of sports equipment and games for kids. Delicious breakfast, especially the thyme potatoes. Comfy king size bed, fluffy towels, and beautiful surroundings. Great portions and fresh ingredients at on-site restaurant. Inviting lobby with a huge fireplace. Heated pool, jacuzzi, and small gym available.

Beautiful mountain views! the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, especially with the snow-covered landscape. It was a cozy and peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The room was extremely dated and in dire need of renovation. the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable to use, especially for someone with mobility issues.

We had a peaceful and amazing one-night stay at this beautiful location to celebrate our 48th anniversary and escape the Phoenix heat. The lodge's staff was fabulous and made it a truly magical evening. The food and service at the lodge's bar were excellent. The room was very nice, and we are already planning to come back and rent a cabin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

had a great time at a cozy lodge in Payson, even better than our previous stay! The staff was helpful, the location was beautiful with a rocky cliff and a stream, and they had games, a lodge, and a restaurant on site.

the staff was incredibly nice and the bar staff were great. the food was good and the room was nice. We requested a room away from the parking lot and they accommodated our request by placing us near the pool. the cabin was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, although we didn't end up cooking. it was a peaceful and quiet place to stay, perfect for travelers who enjoy a serene atmosphere. We will definitely return to this lodge for our future trips.
