I got great value for my money with a comfortable room and excellent location. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast items could use some improvement, maybe adding a wider variety of options.

The cleanliness at the hotel was not up to par, with dirty water glasses and unvacuumed carpets.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with plenty of windows to admire the spectacular views. The hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free wifi and the convenient location. It was within walking distance to many nice restaurants and the boardwalk, which made for pleasant outings day and night. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch and we had no issues with parking or transportation.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront. The breakfast at the Salt Spray was amazing, especially the delicious Western omelette. The friendly wait staff and clean, spacious rooms with lovely harbor views made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, as we could walk to almost everything and loved the nearby boardwalk. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a great experience. The pool was lots of fun, although it was a bit crowded. it was a wonderful weekend.

Great location for exploring Sydney, Cape Breton. Friendly staff and helpful waitress at breakfast. Excellent view and comfortable beds. Prompt check-in and clean, comfortable room. Convenient included breakfast, but can get pricey for families.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront, I was blown away by the amazing value and stunning views. The hotel had recently undergone a refreshing makeover and the reception and dining areas were simply attractive. The highlight for me was the breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour, which added an extra touch of magic to my experience.

Although there were a few minor issues I encountered during my stay, such as the overly cold fridge that froze my cans of pop and the slightly disorganized front desk staff, these were overshadowed by all the positives. The value, views, and overall experience at the Holiday Inn Sydney - Waterfront were exceptional.

Despite the minor inconvenience of not being able to adjust the fridge's temperature and freezing our drinks, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it.

We received complementary snacks which were nice, and the view was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better location! The pool was also a great addition to our trip.
