I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Grand Rapids for a weekend sports tournament. The property was amazing, with a spectacular ambiance. The suite had a kitchenette, which was a great convenience. The hotel was thoughtful enough to start breakfast early at 6 am, perfect for our early games. The location was ideal, within walking distance of MSA Fieldhouse, restaurants, a grocery store, and fast food options. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. a fantastic stay!

New hotel with clean and functional rooms equipped with a kitchenette. Great facilities include a workout room and pool. Conveniently located near Meijer and only a short distance from the airport. Breakfast was served safely and staff were compliant with mask-wearing requirements. Modern decor throughout with comfortable beds in spacious rooms.

The room was not up to our expectations. the bed was uncomfortable and the linens seemed scratchy.

The hotel was very clean and seemed new, providing standard Marriott quality. the location was amazing, right off the freeway with a Meijer store next door. This made it convenient for any shopping needs. Additionally, the staff were very courteous and helpful, providing excellent service.

The toilet paper and paper towel holders in the room were not very secure, which was a minor inconvenience. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area for warming food.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location within walking distance to Meijers and close proximity to the airport. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchenette with a new microwave and dishwasher, which was a huge plus. The bathroom was clean and free from any mold, and the showerhead was secure. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice workout room and pool for our use.
