I had a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation. The wellness area offered a chance to relax after exploring, and I enjoyed a 35-minute partial body massage that was refreshing. I also appreciated the smoothie selection at the Vital Bar. Being from Italy, I find simplicity important in my travels, and the layout of the hotel allowed me to recharge easily. I recommend checking for promotions at check-in for better value.

Unique Milk Coffee Experience is a nice touch.

I was quite frustrated with the room's temperature control. it felt cold and I had to wear layers to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast was decent but not exceptional, and certainly not worth the price we paid for it. Lastly, the noise, likely from some water pump, kept me up at night, which was really disappointing.

The unique milk coffee experience at the hotel bar was a delightful surprise and a perfect start to my mornings.

I was disappointed that there was no kettle or complimentary water in the room, which is typically standard in hotels of this caliber.

The room was clean with a super comfy bed and pillows that made sleeping like a baby easy! ! They had a spa and sauna facility that was a nice surprise. I spent some time there and felt revitalized, just what I needed after a long day.

Professional staff that really went above and beyond for us. Plus, there's a Coop supermarket right next door, which was super useful for grabbing essentials, and breakfast was decent enough to fuel our busy days. I remember one morning running late, and staff was quick to get me a takeout cup of coffee—made all the difference!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth it I guess.

For dads, it would be great to have kettle in the room.

The hotel has a fantastic bar and restaurant with great food. plus a cozy lounge area for late-night drinks with friends! The dry cleaning service was prompt and helpful too.

Though I appreciated the hotel store, clearer signage for parking would be nice. it was a bit confusing upon arrival.
