The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and a few minutes to the city center. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. They were helpful in storing our luggage before and after our stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved with some more filling options, like little sandwiches or snacks in their lobby store. This would be helpful for guests who arrive late and can't find a bite to eat when the restaurant is closed at midnight.

We had a great stay at this place during our weekend getaway. During my recent stay at Aja, I had a minor issue with my room that was quickly resolved. There was a misunderstanding and another guest had mistakenly been assigned the same room, which was a bit unnerving when I walked in. However, the staff promptly apologized and within 5-10 minutes, they sent a maid to make up our sofa bed, providing a quick solution. They even compensated me with three coffee vouchers for the inconvenience. Despite not receiving the coffee voucher offer that some other guests received, overall, the staff was accommodating and tried to rectify the situation.

Although I wouldn't go as far as calling it a motel, I did find the room at Aja to be quite small with limited facilities. There was no fridge, kettle, or phone in the room, and contacting the reception was done through WhatsApp.
