Despite the distance from the airport, it was a great value and more affordable than closer hotels. The warm welcome upon arrival and friendly staff at breakfast made us feel right at home. The comfortable beds, nice sheets, and towels added to our overall comfort. The full breakfast included was delicious and a definite highlight of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The front office staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist with any questions we had. They were incredibly polite and provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to both Toronto and Niagara Falls. The rooms were modern and clean, with excellent air conditioning. The large parking area made it convenient to access the hotel. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were a great value for the price, especially with the added bonuses of a jetted tub, pull out couch, and fridge. The location was also in a nice area and the included breakfast made it an even better deal.

As a backpacker, I loved the friendly staff, safe location, and nearby restaurants. The hot breakfast in the morning was a bonus, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great aesthetic, especially at night.

The hotel's proximity to the highway meant that there was a lot of noise, although it wasn't unbearable. the staff could have been more friendly and helpful, especially when I had inconveniences with currency exchange.
