For our family vacation, we stayed at this hotel for a week. the convenience of walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was fantastic. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch. Access to multiple pools, including those at neighboring resorts, was a bonus. the in-room k-cup coffee maker and daily restocking of toiletries were much appreciated. the separate toilet room in the suite was a pleasant surprise, and the spacious dining table made family time enjoyable.

We loved the modern and comfortable building, the small and quiet pool area with cabanas and bar, and the delicious food at the Amare restaurant. The resort's location next to the original Swan and Dolphin hotels was convenient, and the shuttles to Disney attractions were a nice touch. The mini golf course was a fun extra. The walk to Epcot from the resort was just minutes away.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The drink prices at the bar seemed a bit high for what we received.

The view from our room was really nice and the room was spacious. We also appreciated the regular shuttle buses that took us to the nearby attractions.

The staff was unprofessional and messed up our reservation. They couldn't even do their basic job of checking us in to the rooms we had booked.
