As someone traveling by car, I really appreciated the convenient location of Home2 Suites. It is just off of QE2 and within a 5-minute drive of various restaurants and services.

Felt very secure, no reason to complain.

The beds were comfortable and the washroom and kitchen area were exactly what we needed. The hotel allowed pets, which was a bonus. The room was well equipped for our stay, with USB ports for charging devices. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway, restaurants, and shopping. The complimentary parking was a plus, and we had no trouble finding a spot near an entrance/exit door.

The front desk agent was not pleasant and there were multiple complaints from other customers about poor customer service. Luggage carts were not available when we needed them, and it seemed like other guests had similar issues.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of items to choose from. While the breakfast bags to go were handy, a bit more variety or rotation would have been nice.

This hotel was ideally situated, with plenty of stores and West Edmonton Mall nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great kitchenette and well-equipped fitness room. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options available, and the pool area was clean, relaxing and had a great salt pool and hot tubs.

One downside was the lack of cleaning in the bathtub.

The location was also perfect for us - central and close to many attractions worth visiting. We could easily get around and make the most of our time in the area.

The room cleaning service wasn't up to our expectations. We didn't know we needed to call daily to have the room cleaned, and even then, it wasn't done as often as we would have liked.
