We were pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The staff were accommodating and quickly resolved any issues we had. we had a positive experience at Los Cristales and would recommend it.

The hotel location was great! We were close to many key attractions and had easy access to important places. One of the best things was the delicious breakfast they offered every morning. It was a great way to start our day and it was included in the price of the room.

The noise level was quite high and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel staff was always attentive and helpful in resolving any issues that came up.
