Lovely place on the outskirts of the city. The location was comfortable and surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The design of the hotel and the swimming pool were extraordinary, truly immersing us in the beauty of our surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, even making phone calls on our behalf. The Gamelan orchestra in the evening was simply magical. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I did encounter a small issue with the iron I borrowed. It was chargeable, which was unexpected but understandable.

The hotel had a beautiful location surrounded by nature and it was very peaceful. The pool and garden areas were gorgeous and well-maintained. The restaurant offered delicious dishes with nice prices.

The hotel needs improvement in terms of maintenance. The towels were really old and needed to be changed. The walls were in terrible condition and urgently needed repair. Also, cleaning rooms and changing towels should be done regularly without guests having to ask for it.

Small but suitable for short stay. Away from city, 15 mins from Jalan Prawirotaman by Grab. Extraordinary design, surrounded by nature. Helpful and friendly staff.
