I typically stay at Hilton properties and decided to redeem some Hilton Honors points for a one-night stay at this property with my family after visiting nearby African Lion Safari. In a nutshell, we loved this place! the property is conveniently located. Our room was clean and very large. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. We loved the kitchen and the separate living area, plus the 2 TVs allowing for my son and my husband to watch their shows at the same time. the beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were friendly. the pool was very nice, and my son also loved the outdoor sport court with basketball net. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke with the hotel front desk and the manager at this location and my card was charged without my authorization. the worst part is I've got a reservation booked at their other hotel chain and they will be charging me twice if I keep that reservation.
