I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a modern design and spacious suites that had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for my needs, being centrally located for all my road trips in the region. It was also easy to find, right off the highway. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a great variety of options, with fresh fruit and delicious omelets. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Waterloo area. the location was perfect for my needs as it was close to everything I wanted to visit in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms with full kitchens were a great bonus, as I was able to cook my own meals during my stay. I also loved the cozy fireplace and whirlpool in the room, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. Lastly, the breakfast included with my stay was delicious and a great way to start my days.

Although I found all aspects of this hotel to be satisfactory, there is potential for improvement in a certain area.

The hotel also offers an evening social with free dinner, which was a wonderful surprise. The indoor pool was a great bonus, especially on a rainy day. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. a great experience.

I typically stay at Hilton properties and decided to redeem some Hilton Honors points for a one-night stay at this property with my family after visiting nearby African Lion Safari. In a nutshell, we loved this place! the property is conveniently located. Our room was clean and very large. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds. We loved the kitchen and the separate living area, plus the 2 TVs allowing for my son and my husband to watch their shows at the same time. the beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were friendly. the pool was very nice, and my son also loved the outdoor sport court with basketball net. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke with the hotel front desk and the manager at this location and my card was charged without my authorization. the worst part is I've got a reservation booked at their other hotel chain and they will be charging me twice if I keep that reservation.

our stay at this hotel was fantastic for our trip to see African Lion Safari. The location was just off the highway, making it convenient for out-of-town guests. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The rooms were beautiful, large, and clean, with the added bonus of having a sink outside the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed, including a stove top, fridge, and dishwasher, along with dishes and pots and pans.

Although the breakfast was not available until 7 am, which might not be a problem for late risers, we found that the quality of the breakfast was not very good.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious and well laid out, with plenty of space for families. the pullout bed was comfortable and the extra toiletries provided for the children were a nice touch. the hotel had ample plugins and outlets for charging phones, and the wifi was fast and easy to connect to. the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of food options.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were visible dirt and coffee stains on the floors and doors that had not been cleaned properly.
