As low-budget travelers, we loved the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working condition, providing a relaxing experience. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and well-prepared options. Being given a ground-floor room away from the pool and kid-friendly areas was a bonus, especially when traveling with our Shih Tzu dog. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and the beach.

There weren't enough outlet plugs in the room, which was inconvenient for multiple devices. the lack of a sink outside the bathroom made it inconvenient for a family of three adults.

The free breakfast was excellent with microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and sweet rolls. The room and bathroom were clean and well laid out. The staff was very accommodating and provided warm and friendly customer service. The Director of Housekeeping, Diane, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The pool and spa were beautiful and had extended hours until 11PM.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Ludington for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quick to assist us with any questions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool. It was clean and not overly chlorinated, and the hot tub was a perfect temperature. The hotel's location was also great, close to several restaurants but still in a quiet area. one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
