The value for money at Arts was exceptional - large, clean and stylish rooms with beautiful updates. The location was perfect, close to all amenities but away from noise. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were eager to help with everything, from recommending local attractions to accommodating my unusual allergies. The cleanliness of the rooms was spot on, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The yellow door restaurant, especially, stood out with its delicious menu and friendly service. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the Saddle Dome and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its remarkable staff, cleanliness, great facilities, and convenient location.

The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was within easy walking distance to downtown for work and to several great restaurants.

The rooms were very modern and comfortable, giving a high-end hotel vibe. the view at night was absolutely beautiful, adding a touch of magic to the experience. the staff were fantastic and provided friendly and efficient service. the check-in process was super easy and quick. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. the hotel also offered a poolside dining option, which was a great way to relax and enjoy dinner with business guests.

The bathroom layout was not to my preference. the glass walls that separated it from the bedroom didn't provide enough privacy, which could be a drawback if sharing the room with someone.

wow, this stay was amazing! felt like a luxury resort, not downtown calgary. awesome pool and margaritas. staff were friendly and the facility was clean. the bathroom was top-notch and the room was spacious. didn't eat at the restaurant this time but heard it's great. highly recommended!

We were thrilled with our stay at Hotel Arts. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute reservation, even upgrading us twice to a top floor suite with amazing amenities. The pool with a bar was a great addition, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. Despite a few minor issues, we still highly recommend this hotel overall.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the valet and front desk staff. Their prompt and professional service extended to helping us retrieve a forgotten item from our vehicle. The hotel staff truly made us feel welcome and valued during our stay. The rooms were beautifully upgraded and provided a luxurious experience with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. We highly recommend this property for its unexpected pleasure and top-notch accommodations. we would definitely choose this hotel again for our future Calgary visits.

Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel is centrally located near 17th St. and other cool attractions. It has a very nice bistro called "Yellow Door" inside. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The price we got for the room was a great deal, the best value we had on our entire trip. Staff was helpful and the hotel had beautiful art on display.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were extremely knowledgeable about the area. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide helpful recommendations. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the beds were amazing. The bathroom layout was nice and the balcony provided a great view. The lobby had a nice feel to it and the elevator security with room keys was a nice touch. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The pool area was fantastic with a great Vegas vibe. I even had a delicious drink and snack by the pool. The location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and walking distance to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

The restaurant was amazing, offering a fantastic tasting menu with interesting choices and the best steak I've had in years. Also, the staff at the front desk were friendly and solved a housekeeping issue promptly. the hotel had a great location, only an 8-minute walk to the BMO centre, and they offered valet parking and bag storage, which was really convenient.

The housekeeping was appalling, with stains on the sheets and hairs in the shower. the room was not cleaned until we complained, and even then, it was not well done.

The staff at this place are great and can be easily reached via text. The pool and rooms have a nice ambiance, and the rooms come with a nice TV. The location is convenient, within walking distance of everything you need. The shower design is unique and the hotel provides luxury soaps and lotions. The rooms are extremely comfortable.

We stayed one night before driving to Banff and Hotel Arts was the perfect location. The free parking was a great added value, and the competitive base price made it even better. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice decor. The staff were friendly and the pool area had a nice ambiance. There were plenty of dining options nearby and the Sunday brunch at Yellow Bistro was lovely. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
