De locatie was perfect voor wandelingen langs de zee en het restaurant in de buurt serveerde heerlijk eten. Onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel, met een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, en de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad waren geweldig. We hadden een geweldige tijd en zouden deze plek zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Helaas was de service in de B&B teleurstellend. Er was geen personeel aanwezig om problemen mee te bespreken en sommige aspecten van het verblijf waren niet goed georganiseerd.

My recent stay at Moderno Residences By Bay Breeze was exceptional. The apartment was spacious and conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the beach. The two balconies/patios added to the cozy feel of the place. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The surrounding area was quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

I must mention that the apartment could have been better furnished. It lacked carpeting and some furniture, which would have enhanced the overall ambiance.

Nestled in a charming neighborhood near Bay Harbour, this modern residence offers a prime location close to the beach. Guests can easily stroll to the serene and uncrowded shoreline for a day of relaxation. The proximity to South Beach allows for convenient access to its vibrant atmosphere and attractions. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with contemporary amenities. Plus, the rooftop pool provides a breathtaking sunset view.

The air conditioner can be a bit noisy at times.

The flat was pristine and comfortable, with welcoming staff. The location was great, perfect for tired international travelers like us. We were provided with all the necessary information and amenities to start our holiday off right. The spacious apartment had two balconies and a rooftop swimming pool with amazing city and sea views. We also liked that there were buses nearby for easy access to Miami downtown and South Beach. The parking space provided was a bonus.

One downside was that we had to ask for more towels, as we only received two towels and two washcloths for three adults. Additionally, the price for parking was quite high, and the property was a bit far from the beach, requiring driving through traffic.

moderno residences exceeded our expectations. the beds were firm and comfortable, the outdoor patio was spacious, and the staff was super nice. we loved the location near local restaurants and shops. definitely would stay again.

I recently stayed at Moderno Residences and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean and spacious, with ample utensils for cooking and dining. The added convenience of a washer, dryer, and detergent was a plus. Across the street, there was a fantastic playground with a splash park for children, and the swimming pool was cool and clean. I especially loved the small area with comfortable sofas by the pool. The manager was extremely helpful, nice, and polite. This was my second stay at Moderno Residences, and I'll definitely be coming back again. The location was also great, with the beach just a 10-minute walk away and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Additionally, the rooftop pool was a definite highlight, offering a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. The secured parking was also a great advantage, ensuring peace of mind during my stay.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. there was a problem with the float in the hall toilet, which kept sticking.
