The hotel staff were approachable, helpful, and even allowed us to have a late check-out. The location is excellent, close to everything including the old town and the beautiful river. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that there are affordable parking options nearby, including a car park behind the hotel for just 5€ a day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river and next to the Botanical Garden. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy to find and we were able to secure a spot in the underground garage. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the old part of the city and many popular attractions. We were able to easily explore the area on foot. the hotel had underground parking available, which was a great convenience for us since we had a vehicle. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made us feel welcome and took care of any requests we had. the rooms were clean and tidy, and we were lucky enough to have two adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more convenient. the beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. One highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food options including fresh whole fruits. While it would have been nice to have some low-fat options like soy milk and cottage cheese, overall the breakfast buffet was good.

I recently stayed at the Ibis in Coimbra for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, just steps away from the main square and with a great view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even stored our luggage for a week free of charge. The room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Coimbra.

Great location, within walking distance to the center of town and sightseeing points. the room had good air-conditioning and a comfortable bed for two. the water pressure in the shower was also excellent.

The lack of air-conditioning during the winter made the room uncomfortably warm when the window was closed. if you happen to get a room facing the street, the noise can be quite disruptive.
