We arrived at the hotel and were greeted warmly by the reception staff. After a small hiccup with transportation, the attentive bellman, Gary, quickly resolved the issue. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom featuring a free-standing tub. The staff provided impeccable service, ensuring our every need was met. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the village walkway yet still offering a peaceful atmosphere.

The prices of the minibar were a bit high, and the selection could have been better.

The hotel is perfectly located on the shores of a stunning lake, offering breathtaking views of the water. It is also within walking distance from the slopes, making it convenient for backpackers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, with wood-burning fireplaces that are cleaned and prepared daily. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a fabulous experience. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities such as a spa, hot tub, pool, and steam room, adding to the overall luxury experience.

The breakfast options could have been more varied to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

At our stay during Christmas, there were a couple of complementary facts that we loved. the hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. the valet parking was free, which saved us some cash. the location was great, near the main street and close to the slopes. the view of the nearby frozen lake was a bonus.

The experience wasn't as good as we expected it to be. the room was dirty, with dust on the furniture and stains on the carpet.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was incredible, right by the lake and close to all the attractions. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view. the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. the food at the restaurant was delicious and well presented. a fantastic experience.

The pillows and beds were a bit too soft, not very comfortable. there was a discrepancy in the final bill for breakfast and no explanation was given.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Quintessence! The level of service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The shower had excellent water pressure and the best hot water, making it feel like a spa experience every time. The AC was quiet and efficient, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The views from our balcony were simply breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop throughout our stay. We also appreciated the peace and quiet, as we could not hear our neighbors through the walls. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the activities and attractions nearby. And let's not forget the delicious cookie and hot chocolate bar in the lobby – a delightful treat! we had an exceptional experience at Quintessence and highly recommend it to others.

This hotel provided the most luxurious and exclusive amenities I have ever experienced. the spa center with massages and beauty treatments, outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers and beachfront access, all surpassed my expectations. the restaurant served Special diet menus in-room breakfast with a variety of delicious dishes. the private facilities provided a Turkish bath and sauna. the location advantages of this venue include stunning views of the lake, close proximity to the pedestrian village, and shuttle service for skiing.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was a minor issue with the service. One of our room advantages was not fulfilled promptly, which led to a small inconvenience.
