I recently stayed at a 3-star hotel in Dubai and was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of quality. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro station and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself looked new and clean, and our room was very comfortable for our short stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which had a nice view and was great for both kids and adults. I would highly recommend Intercityhotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront for its wonderful location, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities.

As a solo traveler, I loved the clean and tranquil atmosphere of this newly opened hotel. The staff, especially the ladies at reception and the restaurant during breakfast, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nadia from reception even upgraded my in-laws to a bigger and better room, making their stay extra special. The restaurant staff, whose name I unfortunately couldn't get, were always attentive, smiling, and ensuring that we had everything we needed.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

The pool is stunning, with a perfect view no matter the time of day. The lifeguard/pool waiter, Sajumon, is so friendly, proactive, and efficient. He made me feel like a star. I had an excellent stay at Intercityhotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront and would recommend it to others.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Pool area with great view of surrounding buildings. Courteous hotel manager who easily resolved any issues during my stay. Good hygiene in the shower. Simple yet tasteful amenities make for a cozy stay.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is located by the riverside in a brand new area, close to the metro station. The staff was outstanding, right from security to receptionist, and provided excellent service. They have all the amenities one could ask for, including a rooftop pool with a great view, free shuttle service, and Wi-Fi. Also, the room was well equipped and had beautiful interiors with parquet floors.

We highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location is excellent with great accessibility to the metro station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Additionally, the hotel is very near the airport, so it's convenient for travelers. A supermarket nearby also makes your stay much more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms is top-notch, and the staff is very helpful, making your stay all the more comfortable.

The elevators can be quite slow during busy times, which can cause delays and inconvenience for guests.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a great experience at a hotel with amazing water temperature. I enjoyed the complementary shuttle to nearby attractions, and the fact that the hotel was located just a few blocks from the beach. The rooftop terrace with breathtaking views was also a plus during my stay.

There were some downsides as the front desk staff was unhelpful during my stay. , the shower didn't maintain a consistent temperature and the pressure was low, which was a bit unpleasant.

The room was so comfy and bright with big windows, I loved it! The air conditioning and smart TV were fantastic - felt so modern and convenient.

Didn't personally need the mini-fridge in the room, but I'm sure others would find it handy.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, from the hallway to the rooms. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of nutritious items, and my wife especially enjoyed it. The location of the hotel in a brand new Dubai area was convenient, close to the metro and with a beautiful view of the canal.

Although I had a pleasant stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. First, I could hear some strange noises from the room next to mine, including water dripping and noises from the walls.
