We stayed at Hotel Universel for a week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a hit with our girls. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park, restaurants, and the Olympic stadium. They even offer complimentary rides to the nearest tube station and supermarket. Plus, free parking in a secure area.

Would recommend this hotel.

During my weekend stay, I was pleased with a couple of things. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearby metro station, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with my check-in process. Lastly, the hotel's location was ideal as it was situated close to various restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy for me to find dining options and explore the local area.

There were a couple of negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. I found that the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to my expectations.

Perfect Location! ! We could walk to major attractions like Olympic Stadium and the BioDome. So many things to do within walking distance, no need for a car!

Room key card didn't consistently work and the beds had heavy comforters instead of lighter blankets. Prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit high for breakfast items.

I loved the convenience of Hotel Universel's location. Being so close to the Olympic stadium, Jardin Botanique, and Insectarium made it so easy for me to explore and enjoy these attractions. Plus, the breakfast for $8 was a great deal! Although the hotel is a bit worn and has older plumbing, it didn't bother me much. The room was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and decent amenities.
