The pool area was a bit disappointing, with an unclean hot tub and a lack of towels after swimming. the parking lot was also small and often full, forcing guests to park across a busy street.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, including the Forks and the Human Rights Museum. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with nice artwork and comfortable furniture. The bathroom was also large and had good towels. I was pleased with the early check-in that was accommodated for me. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was a nice touch.

I did experience some issues during my stay. There were not enough parking spaces for the size of the hotel, especially on the weekends.

The location of the hotel near Union Station is a major advantage, especially if you plan on taking a train during your stay. It is also close to many popular attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to offer advice on local eateries and other recommendations.

The cleanliness of the main areas, such as the floors in the elevators and landings outside of the elevator, is lacking.

The location was great for our concert at Bell MTS. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this hotel.
