Located in a convenient area close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The studio was clean and had a small kitchenette, which was great for making basic meals. The host was helpful and there was even Netflix in the room for entertainment on rainy days.

The building was difficult to find and there was a lack of signage. The staff was not very welcoming or friendly, and had limited English comprehension.

The location was incredible, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. the convenience of being close to the strip and public transportation made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the area felt safe for a solo female traveler like myself.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it was tucked away behind store fronts, but the pre-arranged transport made it easier. However, the lack of windows in the room made it feel a bit dark and stuffy.

The location of the hotel was great, especially if you want to explore the hotel zone. the bus ride to downtown was short and cheap, and during the day the buses ran frequently. the room was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for cooking. the WiFi was also strong and reliable, allowing me to watch videos on YouTube without any issues.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. the room was extremely unhygienic.

I had a great value for my money at the Cancun Suites Apartments - Hotel Zone. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice thoughtful touches. The location was convenient, close to the beach and tourist activities. The staff, especially Hector, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast offerings is to have a wider variety of options.

Hector and his wife were amazing hosts, providing quick and helpful communication through Whatsapp. The apartment was immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing for easy walks to public beaches, shops, restaurants, and the ferry. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
