We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the beautiful view of the lake from our ground floor room. It was so convenient to take our dog for walks anytime. The hotel staff were incredible and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast variety was impressive, with delicious options like Belgian waffles. The lobby provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies, perfect for late-night cravings. this hotel provided a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff, especially Femina at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were polite, quick to assist, and even managed to get some gluten-free treats for my wife who has dietary restrictions. the location was also great, offering a stunning view of the lake.

The beds were a bit small, especially for a couple used to king-sized beds. the daily cleaning of the room was not provided, which was a disappointment.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the convenient main floor location and the ability to easily step outside through the patio door. It allowed us to quickly enjoy a smoke break and return to the room. Another great feature was the option of a to-go breakfast, which was a delicious way to start the day. The hotel's cleanliness and good bathroom facilities were also top-notch. Furthermore, its location near the highway and shopping areas made it very convenient for us.

The worst aspect was everything is what we needed and wanted.

Lovely lake view rooms. Accommodating for large groups. Impressive breakfast selection. Ground floor and close proximity to lobby and parking for elderly guests. Dinner recommendations provided. Clean and well-maintained. No highway noise. Freshly baked cookies on arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and I felt that I got a lot for what I paid. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the clean and well-equipped rooms. Additionally, the location was very convenient for exploring Nanaimo and the surrounding areas. The hotel's outlook over Long Lake was simply brilliant.

The location was excellent and allowed for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. the room's balcony overlooked a breathtaking view that made the stay worthwhile. the breakfast was satisfactory and had a good selection of complementary items available.

The cleanliness of the room and common areas was a concern. the soap dish had leftover residue, cobwebs were visible in the hallways, and the room had an unpleasant musty odor.
