We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere in town from here. It was right in the centre and close to the city centre, which made it convenient for exploring the restaurants and shops in the main town centre. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our room, which added to the overall experience. The hotel had excellent facilities, including underground parking that was easy to access. The staff was friendly and responsive, providing great service throughout our stay. We appreciated the little extras, like the eucalyptus soap, that added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Plus, there are nice tea bags and good coffee in your room.

Sadly, we experienced some disturbance from other guests in the hotel, but overall it did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Irwin's Mountain Inn for a quick getaway. It was a great choice! The location is perfect, just steps away from all the attractions on Banff Ave. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room, although small, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Free parking was a nice bonus too. We loved the convenience of having laundry and a gym onsite. a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the bus route. The room was clean, spacious enough for three people, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The jet bath was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. we had a great experience.
