I got great value for my money at Jag Boutique. The room had a cool rock 'n roll theme, with a bird's-eye view of ships being unloaded at the port. The location was perfect, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants on George Street. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and protected during our stay.

The hotel breakfast could use improvement with more variety and options.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with modern fixtures and all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with any needs or questions.

One downside was the lack of a business center, which would have been convenient for printing boarding passes or checking emails. Additionally, the hotel did not offer self-parking and only had valet parking, which could be an inconvenience for guests who prefer to park their own cars.

The two choices of water in the lobby were a nice touch, and the fresh apples were a healthy snack option. the location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Additionally, the blackout curtains in the room were amazing, ensuring a restful and undisturbed night's sleep.

Communication with the hotel staff was lacking, with issues regarding housekeeping not being addressed promptly. It would have been helpful if the hotel had provided clearer instructions regarding their green policy and how it affected room servicing.

The bar was lovely and the fitness room had impressive equipment. Valet parking was affordable and convenient. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we visit the city again.

The nostalgic music piped throughout the hotel added to the unique experience. The inventive glassware was a nice touch.

This hotel has a great location, very close to the city centre and within walking distance of many attractions. The restaurant offers gluten-free options and the food is great. The rooms are nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, great showers and a sound device to enjoy music. The staff at Exile and room service were excellent and helpful. A free sample of Newfoundland chocolate was a nice surprise.

Some of the day staff were not very professional, with some issues regarding the credit card payment and parking.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi in rooms and had a fitness center for guests to use. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
