The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and always available. They made us feel right at home during our romantic escape. the lobby was clean and had complimentary water and soft drinks for guests, which was a nice touch. our room was in the newer section of the hotel and it was spacious and clean. We loved having two separate rooms, each with its own large flat screen TV. the bathroom was nicely finished and the towels were abundant, so we didn't have to ask for extra.

That there seemed to be some ongoing renovations, so there was a faint paint smell in certain areas of the hotel. It didn't bother us too much, but it's important to note for those who may be extra sensitive.

The hotel is located in a perfect place, with an LCBO and Tim Hortons a short walk away. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping is done very well on a daily basis. The bathroom is also clean and in good working order, with a tub and shower. The wifi is very fast, and the TV has a wide range of channels.

The outdoor grounds could use some love, as they seem a little neglected.
