My stay was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. my requests went unanswered. Additionally, the lack of proper housekeeping made the room feel neglected and unsanitary, as I noticed hair everywhere and a very dusty environment. I expected better after seeing the promotional images, only to find a stark and unpleasant reality.
