Comfy beds, friendly staff. Balcony allowed smoking, convenient. Pleasant staff, great pool. Good location, clean rooms, fresh coffee. Nice outdoor setup with BBQ. Spectacular! Friendly service. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with it being right next to an OPP Police station, we felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. It was also conveniently close to the beach and shops, allowing us to easily explore everything we wanted to do in Sauble Beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our group of friends. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

The customer service could be improved, as we felt the reception could have been warmer and more informative about the hotel's services and nearby amenities.
