We had a convenient and easily accessible location near the highway, making it easy to reach other areas. Despite the road noise, the backside of the hotel was quiet and secluded. Coffee was always available, and the staff was kind enough to provide us with free bottles of water when the dispensing machine was empty. The hotel was clean upon our arrival, which was greatly appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The young woman at reception was very nice and accommodating. The hotel facilities were in good repair and very clean. The location, close to the highway, was convenient for us. The staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a warm smile and were incredibly friendly throughout our visit. They even ensured that we had a room in the second building, under the canopy, perfect for parking our motorcycle. The room itself was spotlessly clean with lovely hardwood floors and fluffy towels. The breakfast nook was cozy, and the coffee maker was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious coffee options. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a large grassy area and trees for walking, as well as BBQ facilities and even a laundry line. The attention to detail and guest comfort was truly impressive.

I recently stayed at Surestay Hotel in Kemptville for our memorial golf tournament. The location was only five minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is currently being renovated, but everywhere we saw was in good repair and very clean. The staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Plus, the absence of a stale smoke smell in the hallways was a pleasant surprise. our stay was exactly what we wanted, and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Surestay Hotel By Best Western was a rare gem in a quiet location just off the highway. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The receptionist was understanding and friendly during my late check-in. The location was convenient with ample parking and easy access to Kemptville and its amenities. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Convenient Location: the hotel is situated near the 416 and on 43, making it easy to reach and ideal for visitors in the surrounding regions. Kemptville, with its amenities, is just a short distance west from the hotel.

Dark and Uninviting Property: During the off-season, the hotel property appeared dark, unkempt, and uninviting. This gave rise to a feeling of despair, which was not what I had expected.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel upon arrival. It was evident that the staff took pride in maintaining a clean environment. We were also pleased to find that coffee and tea were readily available from the machines in the dining area. it was evident that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, as everything appeared new and clean. the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a step stool to help us get into bed without having to ask.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not find favorable. the hotel itself seemed old, and the age was especially noticeable in the mattresses, where we could feel the springs.
