The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and unexpected amenities like a microwave and cutlery. The location was perfect, close to the promenade, city center, and tram stop. The staff, especially Gilles the owner and his friendly dog Colette, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights, but the area could be a bit cramped.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a short walk from the beach. the rooms were spacious and had beautiful French doors overlooking a private yard. Victor Hugo, the owner, was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on exploring not just Nice, but also other places we wanted to visit. Having a kitchen in the room saved us money on lunch, and the breakfast spread was delicious. the location was perfect for using public transportation, making it easy to get to and from the airport. a wonderful start to our three-week trip.

loved our stay at a cute hotel in Nice. Rooms were spacious with a lovely mini kitchen. Gilles was so accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Great location near the beach and a short walk to the old town.

Basin in bathroom useless.
